We ship nationwide across all 50 states from our US fulfillment center. All orders over $60 receive free standard shipping. Orders under $60 incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99.
Subscription orders always ship free — both your first shipment and every recurring order, with no minimum spend.
Delivery Speeds
Standard Shipping (Free on orders $60+): Estimated 3–5 business days.
2-Day Expedited Shipping ($14.99): Available at checkout for faster delivery. Order by 11:30am EST for same-day processing.
Weekend Shipping
We ship 7 days a week. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays are still processed and shipped — no Monday delay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a branded email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at ask@mieland.com within 14 days with a photo of the shipping package (including the shipping label) and the damaged product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Shipping Origin
All orders are fulfilled from our US-based warehouse, so you'll never incur import duties or customs fees.
